Can I play as part of team with my others in my household?

Yes! Each team member will get to submit their own answers on their own device. All team players’ scores are averaged for the team score for each question. $10 per player.

Can I play as part of a team with others outside my household?

Yes! Each team member can be in their own home. Each team member will get to submit their own answers on their own device.  All team players’ scores are averaged for the team score for each question. $10 per player.

What are the technology requirements?

Each player will need to have 2 internet devices available and running. One device will run Zoom and the  second device will run the trivia platform. Computers, phones, iPads all fine.

What is Lightning Trivia, anyway?

Its super fast. There is no time to google answers and no time for teammates to discuss or debate the right answer. Goal is to answer correctly but quickly – score takes into account accuracy AND speed.

How do I register?

Registration is through Pay Pal. You can register multiple players on a single team via one transaction as a team captain; however you will have to forward all further emailed information to the other players since only one email address is collected per registration.

When will I receive specific instructions?

You will receive an email with log in information shortly before the event. On the evening of the event, the trivia platform will ask for a code. The code will be shared via Zoom once everyone is logged in at the beginning of the event.

Where does the money go?

The money benefits the Centennial Boosters. Boosters supports all CHS clubs and sports. Even though students are not currently learning in the building, clubs and sports are active and require our help.
