CHS Boosters Annual Gala & Silent Auction - Donations
Dear Friends of Centennial High School,
The Centennial High School Boosters invite you to support our annual Gala and Silent
Auction, to be held on Saturday, March 17, 2012. Auction proceeds will directly benefit
the entire CHS student population, enhancing the more than 100 extra-curricular
activities, clubs and athletic teams supported by the Boosters. Our goal is to raise
money to purchase equipment, uniforms, and supplies not currently funded by the
county or state governments for extra-curricular activities.
Won't you join our many generous supporters with a tax deductible donation of a
merchandise item, gift certificate or other commodity that will help us raise critical funds
for our students?
All contributors will be listed in the event program, and on the Boosters website. Large
value contributors will also be highlighted in emails to the Centennial High School
Boosters database and in other marketing materials, as well as having their logos on
our website for the entire year. We anticipate at least 200 guests at the event who will
be bidding on donated items in a silent or live auction atmosphere. Contributors are
invited to display business cards or brochures that would further your marketing efforts
along with the donated item(s). This is a great opportunity to help local students and
athletes, while at the same time promoting your business to an audience of several
hundred friends, neighbors and patrons in the community.

Contributor's Form is attached that should be completed and returned with any
donations so that we can properly advertise all donated items.
