CHS Boosters Annual Gala & Silent Auction - Basket Themes
Need an idea for your theme-based basket? Almost anything goes, but these suggestions just might get the creative juices flowing!
- Chocolate Lovers - anything chocolate goes!
- Coffee Lovers - coffees, mugs, travel cups, non-dairy creamers, etc!
- Couch Potato - DVDs, snacks, a snuggie ... anything you need to sit around all day!
- The Jewelry Box - costume it up!
- Date Night - dinner and a movie?
- Cookie Basket - recipes, cookie cutters, trivets, tools, ingredients, mitts, you name it!
- Sports Pack - sweat bands, socks, shorts, etc - package it in a drawstring bag!
- Car Wash Kit - everything you need in a bucket!
- Beach Bag - towels, toys, sunscreen, flips - how about a book?
- Rainy Day Fun - Board Games, Puzzle Books, anything to drive away the boredom!
- Craft Basket - scrapbooking fun!
- Golf Basket - anything golf!
- Spa Day - certificates or supplies for a home treatment!
- Martini Basket - shaken or stirred!
- Gardenting Basket - packaged in a big flower pot!
- Candles, Candles, Candles - scented or tapered, with holders and without!
- Snack Attack - put together a munchie basket!
- Christmas Basket - decorations, ornaments, and collectibles!

Dear Coaches, Club Sponsors, and Parent Coordinators,
The Centennial Boosters will be holding their Annual Gala and Silent Auction again this March. This is our major fundraising event of the year, generating thousands of dollars used to purchase uniforms, equipment, pay entry and registration fees, etc. for teams and clubs alike. The Boosters need your help to make this evening a success. By participating, you can help us be there for you when you need us. We are asking each currently active organization within the school to provide a theme-based gift basket to be used in our Silent auction.
Please feel free to use the following attachments and links when communicating with the parents of your group, encouraging their participation. If your group is not currently meeting and able to prepare a basket, we ask that you please send the final paragraph of the sample letter to your email list, inviting your parents to attend.
The Annual Gala and Silent Auction, , will be held on Saturday, March 17, 2011. The cost is $45 per person with an open (beer and wine) bar. We would love to see all of you at the event!
